Athens Skate Park Theatre
Rose Hill
Pre-Application,
Rose Hill
London
August 2021
During my second month working for Brookes Architects, I was put in the deep end and given the task to design a 12 unit new residential block. I was able to complete the pre-application with a full set of drawings and 3D views within the month. I enjoyed the challenge.
As a result of this project the office voted me employee of the month.
Athens Skate Park Theatre
February-May 2020
My final year project was to redevelop a site at the 2004 Athens Olympic Park. The goal was to provide local communities with recreational facilities and to accommodate a theatre with a seating capacity of 300-400 people and production company.
'A theatre embedded in a multi-activity landscape which makes connections with the urban landscape by extending the existing skate park into a flowing terrain inspired by the folds of the himation.' - Brian Hoy, Oxford Brookes.
Bodleian Library Temporary Theatre, Oxford
October-December 2019
The second project of my third year was to design a temporary 150 seat theatre in the courtyard of the Bodleian Library, Oxford. An unique aspect of the brief was the use of shadows and natural light to illuminate the theatre.
I enjoyed this project as it made me design more space efficiently.

Model
Film Project
September-October 2019
The first project of my last year at Oxford Brookes was a group task with two other students. We had three weeks to build a model that recreated a photo assigned to us while exploring the themes of Plato's Allegory of the Cave. The model was then used as a stage set for a short film.
Marvila Community
Train Station, Lisbon
February-May 2019
The purpose of my final second year project was to design a multi-purpose space for the interaction of social activities for the local communities and commuters. The proposal utilises its ability to control the movement of people at the unique bottleneck site.
Wilcox Road Bar, Vauxhall, London
October-December 2018
A second year project and my first time using CAD. The aim was to encourage social interaction between the established, largely Portuguese community and members of the new Nine Elms district.

Work Experience
Summer 2018
College Green
Redevelopment Plan, Dublin
In the summer 2018, I worked at Paul Keogh Architects (PKA), Dublin. I was involved in several projects and had the opportunity to see the city on site visits. The project I was most involved with was drawing plans for the redevelopment of College Green in the city centre.

Wilmot Boarding House,
Hereford Cathedral School
After my time in Dublin, summer of 2018, I worked at Baart Harries Newall Architects in my hometown of Shrewsbury, Shropshire. I worked on a few details though mainly designed additional expansion alternatives for Wilmot Boarding House, Hereford. The site visit was insightful as this was my first time being on an active construction site.
